Founder of Todd’s Electric Service, Inc. Laura is the treasurer and the estimator for both locations. Laura lives near Beresford, South Dakota. Laura is an owner of the company along with Ryan and Shawn. Laura loves spending time with her son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters.

 

Ryan has been with the company for 30 years and started the Vermillion location in 1998. He is an owner with Laura and Shawn. Ryan has a wife and two daughters and lives outside of Vermillion. He enjoys fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, off-road vehicles, riding horses and most of all, spending time with family.

 

Shawn has been with the company since October 1988 and is a journeyman electrician. Shawn is an owner of the company along with Laura and Ryan. Shawn and his wife have six children and one granddaughter. Shawn lives outside of Pierre and loves to spend time on their house boat, hunting, and with family.

 

Brandon lives outside of Pierre with his wife and two daughters. He began work with Todd's in January 2005. Brandon joined A.B.A.T.E OAHE CHAPTER (A Brotherhood of Awareness, Training, and Education) in 2007. Currently, Brandon is serving as Vice President. Brandon loves to ride his Harley Davidson and cruise around in his Jeep. 

Brant began his career with Todd's Electric in 2021 as an apprentice. He hit the ground with his feet running! He is learning so much from our experienced electricians and brings his good-humored nature to the job.

 

Duane lives in Pierre with his wife and german shepherd. He has been with Todd's Electric Service since 1990. Duane loves to ride his Harley, go boating, drive his side by side and spend time with his family. Duane is also a member of A.B.A.T.E. Oahe Chapter.

 

Blake is single and was born/raised in Vermillion. As a Senior at Vermillion High School, he got a job with Todd's Electric Service, Vermillion location. Blake went to Southeast Tech enrolled in the Electrician Program. He was able to attend full time during the COVID epidemic in 2020. Blake likes to spend time with his family, being outdoors, and spending time with his black lab. Blake also does BBQ competitions with this family all over the United States.

 

Mark has been with Todd's Electric Service since July of 2020. He is married and has two girls and three dogs; two of which are poodles and one labrador. His work experience is 50/50 split on residential and commercial jobs. When Mark is not fishing wires, he is fishing for the real thing!

 

Hunter graduated from MTI in Mitchell, SD with an Associates degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance. He has two dogs; a german short hair and a black lab. Hunter enjoys activities with his dogs.

 

David is the newest member of the Vermillion crew. He has been an electrician for over 20 years. David is married and has two daughters.

 

Birgit, or "B" as we like to call her, has been married for over 30 years. They have two kids and six grandkids from newborn to collage age. She also has two dogs and eight chickens. Birgit enjoys riding on the Harley Davidson and has put on many miles around our beatiful country. Birgit also loves to cook and garden in her free time.

 

Dietrich has been with Todd's Electric Service since 2015. He was born and raised in the Vermillion area. In his free time, Dietrich enjoys fishing and hunting with his daughter and dog.
